Reviews and Ratings
I had an incredible stay at The Roosevelt, where the luxury and charm of the hotel truly stood out. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, allowing for a restful experience. However, the customer service was inconsistent, with some staff being helpful while others seemed unapproachable, which detracted from the overall experience. The location is perfect for exploring the city, but the fitness center could use some improvements to match the rest of the hotel's offerings.
Our stay at the hotel was truly an indulgent experience. The luxurious king suite was spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities and even two master bathrooms, which made it feel like a high-end apartment. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the vibrant French Quarter, yet it felt serene enough to unwind after exploring the city. Dining at the on-site restaurant was delightful, especially with the generous breakfast buffet that we indulged in each morning. While we really enjoyed our time, I wish the pool area was a bit larger and that there were more options for in-room dining.
This hotel offers stunning historical architecture and beautiful common areas that create a memorable atmosphere. However, the room's condition and the service left much to be desired, especially considering the price point. While the bed was comfortable, the overall upkeep was lacking, leading to disappointment during my stay.
I had a wonderful experience at this spa hotel! The beautiful ambiance and attention to detail made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The spacious rooms were clean and nicely decorated, although the gym could be a bit cramped. Dining was a highlight, with delicious food options available, but there were moments when the service felt a bit slow. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for a rejuvenating getaway.
The Roosevelt Waldorf is a stunning hotel with beautiful architecture that transports you to another era. The service was exceptional, making my stay feel special, and the dining options were delightful. However, I encountered some issues with room cleanliness and felt that the check-out policy was less than accommodating for loyal members. Overall, it’s a magical experience, but there are areas for improvement.
